On March 19, 2019 at the video – conference, under the direction of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, there were analyzed the issues of raising the spirituality of the youth, their leisure time, and propaganda of reading. At the meeting, the head of our state said: “If each leader presents books from his library to the school library, where he got education, it will be a great initiative for developing reading which gives a positive effect on upbringing of our children.”

Today, as well as in other spheres, this initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan is supported by the administration of Berdakh Karakalpak State University.

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Karakalpak State University Mukhtar Ibragimov presented his own published books and also many other popular science books to the library of the school No.7 of Khodjely district, where he studied. M. Ibrahimov graduated from this school in 1989 with a gold medal. Currently he is a Candidate of Physical – Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor, and author of a number of books and reference books on mathematical sciences.

Indeed, such initiatives of our administrators have a special influence on acquiring knowledge and broadening of outlook of our schoolchildren and young people.
