It is well-known that on March 19, 2019 under the chairmanship of our President Shavkat Mirziyoyev there was held the video – conference on discussing the issues of raising the interest of young people in reading books for raising their spirituality and meaningful organization of their leisure time. The role of books is invaluable in raising the intellectual potential, spirituality and outlook of our future generation.

The representative of the National Center for Human Rights A.Muminov visited Berdakh Karakalpak State University.

During the visit, he donated the books on human rights published on the initiative of the National Human Rights Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan and “Law of the Federal Republic of Germany” published in the Uzbek language to the Information Resource Center of the University.

The representative of the National Center A.Muminov said that these books are very important for investigating the standards of international human rights and foreign experience.

The staff of the Information Resource Center of the University expressed sincere gratitude for invaluable gifts, and noted that these books will serve for further spiritual growth of our future generation.

Indeed, the book is a key element in the expansion of human thought and outlook. So due to reading books person’s mentality develops.
