On purpose of fulfilling the tasks outlined in the “Program of additional measures for the implementation of state policy in the system of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding youth for 2019”, approved by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Central Council of the Youth Union of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated to January 15, 2019, it was aimed to hold the Republican “Student of the Year 2019” competition among students of higher educational institutions.
Indeed, the annual “Student of the Year” competition, which has become a tradition, identifies worthy students among thousands of young people who have shown their knowledge, interest in science and achievements in various fields.
Recently, a ceremony of awarding the winners of the “Student of the Year 2019” competition was held at the Culture Palace of Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh.
The event was opened by University Rector Akhmed Reymov, who congratulated the winners of the contest and wished them success in their further studies.
Places were determined in the following nominations:
in the nomination “The most educated student of the year by specialty”:
1st place – the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Physics Dauletbay Sarsenbayev;
2nd place – the 4 – year student of the Faculty of History Sultanbek Nadyrbekov;
3rd place – the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology Dilrabo Yusupova;
in the nomination “The most initiative student – propagandist of the Year”:
1st place – the 3 – year student of the Faculty of Law Dilfuza Khabibullaeva;
2nd place – the 2 – year student of the Faculty of Industrial Technology Gozzal Jalgasova and the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Karakalpak Philology and Journalism Nargiz Baltabaeva;
3rd place – the 3 – year student of the Faculty of Mathematics Kuatbay Sarsenbayev and the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology Jambyl Khojanov;
in the nomination “The Most Inventive Student – Innovator of the Year”:
1st place – the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Architecture Rasul Kudaynazarov;
2nd place – the 3 – year student of the Faculty of Physics Ilkham Baymuratov;
3rd place – the 3 – year student of the Faculty of Industrial Technology Nursultan Maratov;
in the nomination “The Most Active Student – Sportsman of the Year”:
1st place – the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Physical Culture Sapura Kaypnazarova;
2nd place – the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Physical Culture Gulmira Sultamuratova;
3rd place – the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Physical Culture Klara Darmenbayeva;
in the nomination “The Most Active Student – Inventor of the Year”:
1st place – the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology Dilmurod Yuldashev;
2nd place – the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages Aynura Aybergenova and the 3 – year student of the Faculty of Architecture Mukhammed Biysenov;
3rd place – the 4 – year student of Karakalpak Philology and Journalism Bazarbay Joldasbayev;
in the nomination “The Most Active Student – Blogger of the Year”:
1st place – the 3 – year student of the Faculty of Geography and Natural Resources Otabek Rakhimbayev;
2nd place – the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology Bakhriddin Abdulamitov;
3rd place – the 2 – year student of the Faculty of Karakalpak Philology and Journalism Akmal Srajatdinov and the 2 – year student of Law Faculty Sabur Sagatov;
in the nomination “The Most Exemplary Student – Entrepreneur of the Year”
1st place – the 3 – year student of the Faculty of Karakalpak Philology and Journalism Dilnaz Adilchaeva;
2nd place – the 3 – year student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages Aynur Seydemetova;
3rd place – the 4 – year student of the Faculty of Physics Gulmira Bekturganova.
Total of 25 students were awarded with diplomas and money prizes.
