In recent years, integrated measures have been taken in our country aimed at comprehensive support and development of physical education and sport, the further large-scale dissemination of various sports, the creation of infrastructure and conditions for sports.

At Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh conditions for permanent sports were also created. A striking example of this is the organization of regularly held sports competitions in several kinds of sport among University employees.

On New Year’s Eve, mini-football competitions were held among teachers and employees of the University.

According to the results of the competitions, held in a tense struggle, the first place was taken by the employees of AEP Department (Administrative – economic part), the second place – the Faculty of Mathematics, the third – the Faculty of Architecture.

The winners were awarded by the organizers of the event.
