As you know, February 18-23 in New Delhi (India) is the Asian Championship in wrestling.

It is gratifying to note that on February 19, a student of the Karakalpak State University Jalgasbay Berdimuratov in the weight category of 82 kilograms took part in this competition as part of the national team of Uzbekistan.

According to the results of the championship in the fight for third place, J.Berdimuratov defeating the opponent from Kazakhstan Evgeny Polivadov with a score of 8: 2 won the bronze medal of the Asian Championship.
