As you know, February 14th is the birthday of our ancestor Zakhiriddin Muhammad Babur. On this day, on the initiative of the head of the “Readers” club R.Kholmirzaev, club members, together with students living in hostel No. 3, spent a literary evening in the library.

The event was attended by the leaders of the primary organization of the University Youth Union, members of the library, educators and students of the hostel.

During the event, students read excerpts from the poetry of the great ancestor of Bobur. They gave information about life and work.

February 14 – International Book Giving Day. This day is of great importance to us. On this day, some young people give each other gifts with different logos on the occasion of the holiday that came from Europe – Valentine’s Day, which contradicts our culture. However, young people who have realized their individuality celebrate February 14th as the birthday of Bobur and around the world “Book Giving Day”. The event was held at a high level.

At the end of the event in honor of the “International Book Giving Day”, the leader of the primary organization of the University Youth Union Dauran Abadanov presented books to the participants.

Therefore, we tell each new generation that if they want to reach the top of their goals, then just read a lot of books.
