On August 29, 2020 the second online meeting of the Scientific Seminar was held at the Scientific Council PhD.03/30.12.2019.B.20.04 for the award of academic degrees at Karakalpak State University.During the sessions of the seminar, two issues were discussed. 1. The dissertation work of the 3rd year of basic doctoral studies at Tashkent State Pedagogical University of Khamrokulova Zebiniso Hamrokulovna on the topic: “Helminths of rodents of the detachment (Rodentia) of northeastern Uzbekistan (fauna, ecology, meaning)”, specialty 03.00.06 – Zoology, for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in biological sciences. 2. The dissertation work of the trainee-teacher of the Department of General Biology and Physiology Arepbaev Islambek Muratbaevich on the topic: “Fauna and ecology of hunting birds of some lakes of Karakalpakstan”, in specialty 03.00.06-Zoology, for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in biological sciences.As a result of the scientific seminar, it was approved that the prepared dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in biological sciences in the specialty – Zoology meet the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission and were recommended for defense in the Scientific Council PhD.03/30.12.2019. B.20.04 on the award of academic degrees at the Karakalpak State University.
