Nowadays, the Republic of Uzbekistan has close relationship with the Republic of Korea not only in the field of politics and economics but also in the field of science.  This can be seen in the examples that took place at Karakalpak State University, Eshibetova Guzelya 2nd year student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages   in the 2019-2020 academic years, Pirimbetova Shakhnoza 3rd year student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages   in the 2020-2021 academic years won one-time KOVA scholarship awarded by KOICA.

          In order to enhance knowledge related to Korean Language and Culture of the students, KOICA’s volunteer Professor Kim Sam Hwan and the Department of English Language and Literature are offering online (through Zoom) classes from November.  These courses are of great importance in developing students’ speaking skills based on the knowledge they have acquired during the Korean language course.

 In addition, a webinar on “Education System and Processes in Korean Universities” is planned at the end of November with the participation of several KOICA volunteers.  We invite all students to participate in the webinar.
