At the meeting with representatives of Vitebsk State University of the Republic of Belarus, held on July 1 of this year at Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh, the sides exchanged opinions on the development of international cooperation.

  The meeting was attended by Rector of Karakalpak State University Akhmed Reymov, the representatives of Vitebsk State University of the Republic of Belarus Dmitry Anatolyevich Antonov and Valery Yanch, who presented their proposals for cooperation.

 

Rector of the University, Akhmed Reymov, highly appreciated the cooperation of these two universities, noting that the most important thing is that this will be a new stage in the training of qualified specialists in this area.

   The first Vice-Rector of Vitebsk State University named after P.M.Masherova, Dmitry Anatolyevich Antonov, during the negotiations supported promising initiatives and expressed readiness for joint work.

   During the meeting, the two universities signed an agreement on joint educational programs in the field of information technology (bachelor’s and master’s degrees).
