On October 23, 2021, at the Department of English language and Literature of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Karakalpak State University, there was held the training seminar on the topic “Health issues: seeing things” by Alfiya Sadullaeva, an assistant teacher of the Department of Distance Teaching on social-humanitarian Disciplines of Nukus State Pedagogical Institution. In this training seminar professor – teachers of the Department of English language and Literature had participated and been provided with a sample of lesson to guide the professional development of ESL and help these teachers work effectively with the English language learners to practice language skills (listening, speaking and writing) through watching the video in their classrooms. The training lesson includes activities, materials, and readings for use by participants and serves as a practical, follow-up resource to help teachers reinforce knowledge and skills they need to teach reading effectively to English language learners. These activities were thought and planned both to have fun and improve the learners’ oral skills.
