As we know, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, on March 29, President of Turkey Rejep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in our country on an official visit.
The leader of Turkey and the head of our country exchanged views on the further development and strengthening of multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and Turkey, based on mutual respect, friendship and trust.
One of the great initiatives in cooperation between Uzbekistan and Turkey is the actual recognition and approval of Karakalpak State University.

The delegation of Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh paid a working visit to the University of Ege in Izmir, Turkey. The main purpose of the visit is to cooperate with the University of Ege, one of the leading universities in Turkey, in the field of education and research. The delegation headed by Rector of the KSU, Professor Akhmed Reymov, was received by Rector of the University of Ege, Professor Nekdet Budak. The two universities have signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of education and research. As a result of this agreement, it became possible for the professors-teachers of Karakalpak State University to visit the Ege University on a working visit, as well as students can receive double-degree education and there will be given the opportunity in the field of student exchange.
