Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technology

In our country, extensive work is being carried out to identify talented and educated youth, train them in an in-depth form with a focus on a specific area and focus on the demanded sectors of our economy. It is no secret for all of us that in our country there is a problem of a shortage of personnel in the field of ICT. Taking into account the fundamental study and solution of this issue, the strengthening of joint work in the field of ICT with previously formed scientific schools in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the announcement of 2020 in our country as the “Year of Science, Education and Digital Economy Development” from the 2020/2021 academic year as part of the Faculty of Mathematics the department “Algorithmization and programming technology” was organized.

Currently, the department employs 10 professors-teachers, among them 3 Сandidates of Sciences and Associate Professors, 2 Senior Teachers and 5 Assistant Teachers.

In particular, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor Berdimuratov Murat Karlibaevich, Doctor of Technical Sciences (PhD), Associate Professor Samandarov Batirbek Satimovich, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Eshmuratov Shavkat Ortikbaevich, including Senior Teachers R. Utemuratov and R. Shykhiev , Assistant Teachers M. Kazimbetova, Sh. Tajibaev, B. Absametov, T. Jorabekov and B. Geldibaev.

The department has well established work with other Higher Educational Institutions. Among them, training and exchange of experience in research work with the relevant departments of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad Al-Khorezmi and the National University of Uzbekistan are being implemented, including the professor of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies A. Nishanov, professor of the National University of Uzbekistan A. Kabulov.

In order to establish cooperation with foreign universities in the academic year 2020/2021, online classes were organized on the ZOOM platform with a teacher from the University of Bordes in France, Doctor of Informatics (Docteur en Informatique) S. Medetov.

Today, at the department “Sports programming” and “WEB programming” clubs regularly work for students. Together with the professors-teachers of the department and talented students, a set of scientific articles has been published.

The department also carries out large-scale work to increase the scientific potential. In 2020, from the teaching staff of the department A. Kudaibergenov, A. Pirimbetov, K. Rakhimberdiev were sent to the targeted doctoral studies at the National University of Uzbekistan named after I. Mirzo Ulugbek, as well as teachers S. Mirzataev and E. Urazymbetova were sent for a one-year research internship.

In Higher Educational Institutions, work with smart and talented students that meets modern requirements, the preparation of experienced, competitive, highly educated, free-thinking and highly knowledgeable in their chosen field of study, capable of creating innovative technologies and the development of joint work under the “Mentor-student” program consists in improving and stimulating the creativity and activities of young creators. A vivid example of this is a 3rd year student of the Mathematical Faculty of the Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh in the direction of Applied Mathematics and Informatics S. Rajjabbaev at the international conference entitled “Questions of modern scientific research” held in Omsk on June 14 this year was awarded a first degree diploma. 4th year student of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies M. Kudainazarov became the winner of the Best Inventor competition of the festival held from 11 to 18 March 2021 under the motto “Free generation, you are a big wing.”

In informatics, an open Olympiad “Rector’s Cup” of Karakalpak State University was held among students in grades 10-11 at the republican level and the winners were awarded. The Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies developed an online-contest (http://allpro.uz) on programming, online tests in computer science to assess school students, the assessments were automatically assessed by special systems (ejudge) and decisions were made.

Teaching Staff of the Department

	Berdimuratov Murat Karlybaevich,  Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor. He was born in 1963 on February 10 in the city of Nukus. In 1989, he graduated Nukus State University. From 1992 to 1997, he carried out research work at the Kiev State University. In 1997 he defended his PhD thesis on “Modeling and Optimization in Salt and Water Transfer Systems”. In 1998-2009, he worked as the head of the Department of Information Technologies, as well as the dean of the Faculty of Mathematics. From 2009 to 2012, he worked as the rector of the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute, from 2014 to 2020 – the head of the Department of Applied Mathematics. More than 30 scientific papers have been published. 1 textbook, 6 teaching guides were published. Since October 2020, he has been working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies.
	Samandarov Batyrbek Satimovich, Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD), AssociatePprofessor. He was born in 1979 on June 6 in the Ellikkala region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In 2002, he graduated the magistracy at Karakalpak State University in specality Applied Mathematics and Information Technology. In 2019, under the leadership of Professor of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies A.Kh. Nishanov B.S. Samandarov defended his doctoral dissertation (PhD) in technical sciences on the topic “Adaptive models for assessing electronic educational resources in an environment for identifying images.” More than 50 scientific papers have been published. Since October 2020, he has been working as the head of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies.
	Eshmuratov Shavkat Artikbaevich, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor. He was born in 1977 in the Kungrad region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In 2002, he graduated Karakalpak State University named after. Berdakh. From 2002 to 2004 he worked as an assistant teacher at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics, in 2004-2005 he trained at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, in 2005-2009 he was a graduate student of this faculty. In 2008, on October 29, ahead of schedule, he successfully defended his PhD thesis on the topic “The transparency of decision making in the synthesis of artificial neural networks with minimal configuration.” In 2009-2014 he worked as the head of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics, 2014-2018 as an Associate Professor of this department. At present, he is an Associate Professor of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies. More than 35 scientific papers have been published in Republican Scientific Journals, International and Republican Scientific and Theoretical Conferences. Currently, he is conducting research work on data mining based on the synthesis of minimally configurable neurons.
	Utemuratov Rustam Bazarbaevich, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies. He was born in 1980 on September 24 in the Shomanai region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In 2001, he graduated Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, in 2004 he graduated Master’s degree at Karakalpak State University. Since 2018, he has been conducting research work under the guidance of Doctor of Economics B. Baikhonov on the topic “Improving the information technology system in increasing the efficiency of investment projects.” More than 20 scientific articles and abstracts, as well as scientific and methodological works have been published. Currently works as a senior lecturer at the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technology.
	Shykhiev Rakhim Mukhammetovich, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies. He was born in 1982 on March 17 in the Shomanai region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In 2003, he graduated Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, in 2006 he graduated Master’s degree at Karakalpak State University. Since 2021, he has been conducting scientific work under the guidance of Doctor of Economics, Professor I.S. Abdullaev on the topic “Improving the effective use of information systems in the development of agriculture (on the example of the Republic of Karakalpakstan)”. More than 20 scientific articles and theses have been published, as well as 1 textbook and scientific and methodological works. Currently, he works as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technology.
	Tajibaev Shukhrat Khudaibergenovich, Assistant Teacher of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies. He was born on September 2, 1984 in the Khojeli region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In 2005, he successfully graduated Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Karakalpak State University, in 2007 – the magistracy. Since 2019, he has been conducting scientific research on the topic “Algorithmic analysis of classification, corrosion and selection of signs in the phase of label and non-metallic data” under the guidance of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor A.Kh. Nishanov. More than 15 scientific articles and abstracts have been published, including scientific and methodological ones. He currently works as a teaching assistant at the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies.
	Kazymbetova Mukhabbad Makhsetbaevna, Assistant Teacher of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies. She was born on November 15, 1982 in the Kegeily region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In 2003, she graduated Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Karakalpak National University, in 2006 Master’s degree at National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. Since 2020, she has been conducting research on the topic “Difference schemes of increased accuracy for solving inverse problems” under the guidance of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor D. Utebayev. She published 20 scientific articles, theses and scientific and methodological manuals. She currently works as an Assistant Teacher at the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies.
	Absametov Bayram Bekbosinovich, Assistant Teacher of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies. He was born on October 2, 1980 in the city of Nukus. In 2002, he successfully graduated Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Karakalpak State University, in 2004 – the magistracy. Since 2020, he has been carrying out scientific research on the topic “Implementation of modern information technologies when using a soil monitoring strategy to improve the agricultural system” under the guidance of a teacher at the University of Bordovia in France, Doctor of Informatics (Docteur en Informatique) S. K. Medetov. 10 scientific articles and theses and scientific-methodical manuals have been published. He currently works as a Assistant Teacher at the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies.
	Jorabekov Timur Keunimzhaevich, Assistant He was born on November 14, 1989 in the Chimbai region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In 2013, he successfully graduated Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Karakalpak State University, in 2015 Master’s degree at Nukus branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies. Since 2020, he has been conducting research work on the topic “Automation of the distribution of water resources on main canals using IT technologies” under the guidance of a teacher at the University of Bordeaux in France, Doctor of Informatics (Docteur en Informatique) S. K. Medetov. He published 10 scientific articles and abstracts. He currently works as an Assistant Teacher at the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies.
	Geldibaev Beginch Egendurdievich, Trainee Teacher of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technology. He was born on May 14, 1991 in the city of Nukus. In 2018, he successfully graduated Faculty of Computer Engineering of the Nukus branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al Khorezmiy, in 2020 – a magistracy. Since 2021, he has been conducting scientific research on the topic “Development of systems and methods for semantic analysis of texts (on the example of the Karakalpak language)” under the guidance of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor A. Kh. Nishanov. He owns one software application. He published 10 scientific articles and abstracts, including scientific and methodological. Currently, he works as a Trainee Teacher at the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies.
	Kudaibergenov Adilbai Abatbaevich, was born in 1979 on January 2 in the Kegeili region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In 2000, he graduated Faculty of Mathematics of the Karakalpak State University, in 2002 – the magistracy. He conducts research work for obtaining the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in technical sciences on the topic “Optimal control of the process of distribution of water resources in large main canals (by the example of the Dustlik main canal)” under the guidance of Professor A.V. Kabulov. More than 10 scientific articles have been published in HAC journals and foreign journals, more than 20 abstracts in republican and international conferences, as well as 3 teaching aids have been published. He is currently studying at the targeted doctoral studies at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
	Mirzataev Salamat Muratbaevich, Research Assistant of the department. He was born in 1979 on November 18 in the city of Nukus. In 2006, he graduated Master’s degree of the Karakalpak State University in speciality Applied Mathematics and Information Technologies. Currently, he is conducting research work on the topic “Improving the directions of using econometric models in agriculture on the basis of information technology.” More than 20 scientific and educational-methodical works were published, and also 3 copyright certificates for computers were officially registered by the IMA.
	Urazymbetova Elzura Pulatovna, Assistant Teacher of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies. She was born in 1986 on March 3 in the city of Nukus. In 2009, she graduated Master’s degree at Karakalpak State University in speciality Applied Mathematics and Information Technologies. Since 2021, he has been conducting research work on the topic “Quantifying the coherence of natural successions in the Southern Aral Sea region” under the guidance of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor B. S. Tleumuratova. More than 30 scientific articles and abstracts have been published, as well as 4 teaching aids. She is currently an intern-researcher at the Karakalpak branch of the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Sciences of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
	Primbetov Azamat Oserbaevich, Assistant Teacher of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies. He was born in 1984 on April 22 in the Kegeili region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In 2008, he graduated Faculty of Mathematics of the Karakalpak State University, in 2010 – the magistracy. Since 2021, he has been conducting research work on the topic “Mathematical models and methods for restoring the internal structure from tomographic data” under the guidance of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor T.U. Uteuliev. More than 20 scientific articles and abstracts have been published, as well as 1 study guide. He is currently studying at the targeted doctoral studies at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
	Rakhimberdiev Kuvonchbek Bakhtiyarovich, Trainee Teacher of the Department of Algorithmization and Programming Technologies. He was born in 1994 on September 25 in the Bogot district of the Khorezm region. In 2017, he graduated Physics and Mathematics Faculty of Karakalpak State University, in 2019 – a master’s degree. Since 2021, he has been conducting research work on the topic “Methods and algorithms for improving data reliability based on the mechanisms of blockchain technology while improving the activities of bank lending” under the guidance of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor G. U. Juraev. More than 15 scientific articles and abstracts have been published. He is currently studying at the targeted doctoral studies at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
