General biology and physiology

The department of general biology and physiologies was in structure of department of natural Sciences of the Karakalpak state pedagogical institute, and since 1946 there was organized as a department of Botany and zoology. This department was headed by the outstanding scientific doctor of biological sciences S Osmanov and since 1956-1961 years this department was headed by the candidate of biological sciences В.В. Sedov.

Since 1961 the department of Botany and zoology was devided on below-mentioned faculties: ” of Botany and basis of village economic manufacture ” and department of “Zoology”.

With 1961-1968 г.г. The department ” of Botany and basis of village economic manufacture ” was supervised by(with) the candidate of biological sciences O Doshimov.

Since 1968 this department was organized on department of “Botany”.

From the moment of education of department for 1993 this department was supervised by the deserved figure of a science of Republic of Karakalpakstan, professor

Eresepov. In this department worked the academician Ch. Abdirov d.b.s, professor L.Konstantinova, senior lecturers O.Ooshimov, K. Aitbaev, K.Abipov, B.Shaniazov, P.Hhalmuratov with 1994-2000 years the senior lecturer K.Abopov in 1999 the Botany was open master’s course on a speciality. 2000-2005 г.г. The department was supervised by the senior lecturer Y. Sabirov.

In 1961 the department of “Zoology” was organized. Per 1961-1962 years the department was headed by the senior lecturer S.Osmanov. On this department fruitfully worked the deserved figure of a science of Republic of Karakalpakstan Hh.Ibaidullaev, and also senior lecturers: Mambetjumaev, Е. With 1983-1996 г.г. Over department supervised д.б.н., professor R.Tleuov. In 1993 in department of “Zoology” the post graduate course and employees of this department of was opened post gradkated in the same year have entered a post graduate course Turemuratova and Kurbanova.

In 1990 from structure of department of zoology the department ” Ecologies and protection of an environment “, and in 1991 department ” Physiology of the man and animals ” was allocated.

Per 1996-2005 years the department was supervised by the senior lecturer A. Baimuratov.

In 1999 “Zoology” has opened master’s course on a specialty.

Since 1991-2002 years under the State budget was executed of the following theme: the code: 15.5.1., ” Anthropogenous influence on animal and flora of Republic “; the code: 8.7.4. on a theme: ” Preservation of a biovariety of fauna in internal reservoirs “.

With 1997-2001 г.г. The theme consisting of two sections the code is executed: 5.6.3.3.2. themes: ” To develop methods of preservation of fish fauna and their feed in internal reservoirs of Karakalpakstan in connection with infringement ecological system of coast Aral Sea”.

In 2000-2002 г.г. The scientific development of a theme on 196.000 sum was executed. Per 2003-2005 years on department the development on a theme was executed: ” Preservation of a problem of a biovariety and definition of communication water with external environment in a zone Southern Aral Sea “, which budget has made 2.235.000 s. In 2005 of department “Botany”, “Zoology”, ” Physiology of the man and animals ” were incorporated on department of “Biology”. Again formed department of “Biology” has headed d.b.s. prof A.T. Matchanov. In February in 2007 on the basis of spent subjects of department of “Botany” and “Zoology”, department of “Biology” again was organized which was headed by the senior lecturer Saparov. Since March, 2010 the department of “Biology” was supervised by the senior lecturer of M.Jumanov. Since September, 2011 on the basis of spent subjects on department of “Biology”, department ” of Biology and stuoly of land ” again was organized which the senior lecturer would supervise. Gaipov. Since 2012 over department “Biology” supervised Hh. Tursinbaev.

Since March, 2013 this department is headed by the senior lecturer A. Saitova.

Per 2010-2012 years together with State committee on Protection of a nature and by Rpublic of Karakalpakstan department of “Biology”, was planned on a basis performance of the following themes: ” Study of a condition биоценоза of the humidified grounds, agroculture landshapt of Karakalpakstan in connection with destruction was formed.
