In Karakalpak State University, research activities are carried out in the following areas:
– conducting research in the framework of state grants;
carrying out scientific research on the basis of contractual work on the orders of economic entities;
training of scientific and pedagogical personnel (doctoral studies),
conducting research on programs of international foundations and organizations;
involve gifted students in research activities;
carrying out research works within the framework of initiative topics of the university departments;
organization, holding and active participation of scientific conferences;
organize scientific and innovative cooperation between higher education, science and industry;
carrying out the university stage of subject Olympiads and state scholarships among gifted university students.
