For admission to Bachelor degree
Declarations of acceptance of applicants accepted for study selection committee of higher education institutions from June 15 to July 15, inclusive, State Conservatory of Uzbekistan from 15 June to 10 July.
Applicants take in the selection committee of higher education institutions the following documents:
• statement addressed to the rector of the institution, indicating the direction of language and forms of education;
• original instrument of secondary and secondary special, professional education;
• medical report on Form 086 / Y;
• passport copy;
• 6 photos 3,5 x4,5 cm;
Persons entering the special correspondence department, rent an extract from the work record card in the prescribed manner and the recommendation from the employer.
The winners of international and republican Olympiads, contests and competitions entitled to preferential admission to study pass the original document confirming his right to enroll in the non-competitive basis.
Citizens who have served military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall pass to the above documents the original recommendations of the established sample studies from the military unit in which the applicant was held for military service.

For admission to the Master’s degree
For admission to the Master’s applicants (who have a bachelor’s degree, graduates) grant to the selection committee the following documents:
• a statement addressed to the rector of the educational institution;
• the original of the document of higher education (excerpt from the diploma for teaching in higher education establishments of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of state grants), the Diploma Supplement;
• copies of published scientific articles or abstracts (equal to them documents) (if available)
• Medical certificate form 086-U
• 6 color photographs sized 3,5×4,5 cm;
The documents accepted from 01 July to 30 July.

For the second and subsequent higher education
Persons wishing to receive the second and subsequent higher education (secondary special, professional) education grant to the selection committee the following documents:
• a statement addressed to the rector (director) of the educational institution;
• the original of the document of higher (secondary special, professional) education with the application (diplomas marriageable educational institutions of foreign countries after 1 January 1992 must pass the nostrification in accordance with established procedure);
• a copy of passport and a document on military duty;
• Medical certificate form 086-U
• 6 color photographs sized 3,5×4,5 cm;

The documents for the second and subsequent higher education are accepted from 20 July to 20 August.
