Abdikamalov Baxtiyar Abdirazakovich was born in 1951 in city Chimbai. In 1971 he graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in physics.

In 1972-1975 years, trained in Institute of physics of a firm body of Russian Academy of science. In the period with 1975 on 1978 years, studied in a post graduate course of the same institute. Has protected the candidate dissertation in February, 1979. Since 1981 is the manager by faculty. In 1984 to him the scientific rank the senior lecturer was appropriated, is scarlet in 1991 has received a rank of the professor. In 1988-1989 years, worked the dean of physical faculty, since 1989 worked the vice-rector on educational job Karakalpak state university. He is currently a professor at the Department of Physics.

Are the author more 75 scientific and scientific – methodical jobs.

In 2001 to him the rank ” the Deserved figure of a science of Republic Karakalpakstan was appropriated. In 2002 he was awarded with an award “Fame of Labour”. He also was awarded “Veteran of  Labour” 3-rd degrees.

The professor of faculty Tagaev Marat Baymuratovich was born in 1959 in Chimbay area of Republic Karakalpakstan. High school has ended in 1976 and has acted on physical faculty Nukus of state university. The university has ended in 1981. Then worked physical faculty. In 1981-1983 years served in the armed forces. With 1983 on 1985 worked at university in a post of the scientific employee. In 1985-1988 years Studied in a post graduate course of Institute of semiconductors of National Academy of Ukraine and in 1990 has protected the candidate dissertation. In 2001 became the doctor of engineering science.

With 2002 till February 2008 years, worked in a post of the manager faculty of general physics, and since January, 2011 till August, 2018 worked in a post of the pro-rector on scientific job and innovation Karakalpak State university. Since July 2019, he has been working as the head of the Department of Physics.

M.B.Tagaev are by the author more 150 scientific and scientific – methodical jobs. Is the member specialized counsel on protection of doctor’s sciences at Physics-technical institute Academy science of Uzbekisty.

In 2012 M.B.Tagaev was awarded the rank” the Deserved figure of a science of Republic Karakalpakstan ” was appropriated.

Jollibekov Baxit Risnazarovich was born in 1957 in city Nukus. In 1981 has ended Nukus state university on a narrow speciality ” physics of a firm body “.

In 1981-1983 he served in the armed forces.  

Since 1983 he worked at university and pedagogical institute on posts laboratory assistant, senior laboratory assistant, younger scientific employee, senior scientific employee, teacher, senior lecturer managing faculty, dean, vice-rector and rector. Now works in a post of the senior lecturer of faculty of physics of the Karakalpak state university.

In 1991 he has protected the candidate dissertation on a theme “Influence dash of ions on radiating stability and laser durability of monocrystals lithium iodate” and in the period with 2014 on 2016 years. Has executed jobs on the doctor’s dissertation, working in a post of the senior scientific employee.

Are the author more than 25 articles under the doctor’s dissertation. The majority of them are published in the editions switched on in the international databases and having the impact-factor. On Scholar Google has an index Hirsha, equal 4.

Qunnazarov Biysenbay Janabaevich was born in 1960 in Shomanay area. High school has ended in 1977 and has acted on physical faculty Karakalpak Government University. The university has ended in 1982 on a speciality theoretical physics. Then he was directed on job to the Karakalpak branch academy science of Uzbekistan.In 1993 has protected the candidate job on a theme “Hudrattion of negative Ions in Unpolar Liquids” in Institute of power problems of chemical physics in Moscow (speciality 01.04.17 – Chemical physics, burning and explosion, physics of extreme condition of substance). Since 1994 works on faculty of physics in university.

Associate Professor Muratov Abat Seypullaevich was born in 1974 in the city of Nukus. He graduated from the Physics Department of Karakalpak State University in 1997. In 1998-2001 studied at graduate school, specialty 04.01.10 – physics of semiconductors and dielectrics.

In 2019, he defended his doctoral work (PhD) on the topic “The processes of formation of negative differential resistance and photo EMF in multilayer semiconductor structures” at the Research Institute of Microelectronics and Semiconductor Physics of the National University of Uzbekistan in Tashkent (specialty 04.04.10 – Semiconductor Physics)

He is the author of more than 30 scientific and methodological works. In 2003-2019 He worked as deputy dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics.

He is currently the dean of the Faculty of Physics.
