Nowadays our state policy pays special attention to the science, education and spheres of higher education and the adopted laws of the government in this direction serve as an important basis for improving the scientific potential of our country.

Associate Professor, PhD of Journalism Department of Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh Malika Djumamuratova had a report on the theme “Formation and Development of Internet and Mass Media in the Republic of Karakalpakstan” at the plenary session of the II International Scientific – Practical Conference “Multimedia Journalism: Media Communication and Media Industry” held in Minsk, Belarus, on February 25 – March 7, 2019 and was a chairman of the joint session of the conference.

The teacher of KSU exchanged ideas with other foreign colleagues on current issues of journalism. She met with Dean of Journalism Faculty of Belarusian State University Olga Samusevich. They discussed issues of cooperation in the field of journalism and exchanging experience.

“My knowledge and experience gained at this international conference in Minsk will help bring about the expected outcomes of the international scientific – practical conference, which will be held for the first time at Journalism Department of Karakalpak State University on April 22, 2019”, said M.Djumamuratova.

At the end of the conference, the teacher of our University M.Djumamuratova was awarded with the certificate.

Of course, such kind of international conferences and experience exchanges in foreign countries will certainly serve for the development of science in our country.
